After establishing a general "theoretical" framework, the components linked to older people and professionals, the physical environment and organisations will be presented at different tables.

Ethical aspects and the growing trend towards deinstitutionalisation and the promotion of ageing at home, a fundamental pillar of municipal services for the elderly, will also be addressed. Knowing that the experience in the model is greater in the world of centres and especially in residential centres, it is essential to address the model also at home.

Tras establecer un marco “teórico” general, se expondrán en distintas mesas los componentes ligados a las personas mayores y los profesionales, el entorno físico y las organizaciones.

También se abordarán los aspectos éticos y la tendencia creciente a la desinstitucionalización y el favorecimiento del envejecimiento en casa, pilar fundamental de los servicios municipales para personas mayores. A sabiendas que la experiencia en el modelo es mayor en el mundo de los centros y sobre todo en los residenciales, es imprescindible abordar el modelo también en los domicilios.
