QAVAD is a European Erasmus + project that, from the binomial accompaniment/care and training, seeks to promote the development or maintenance of cognitive, motor and social skills, essential for the quality of life of those people who require support and wish to remain in their homes.
Kira Rojas Fernández
Social worker
Degree in Social Work from the University of Deusto in 2017 and course on "Active Ageing, Quality of Life and Gender" of the ENCAGE initiative in 2019. She has worked as a Social Worker in various gerontological centres of Matia, in the IZA Centre and in Bermingham Hospital.
She currently works at Matia as a social worker in the Matia Orienta and Matia Etxean services, as well as being listed as a collaborator from Matia Instituto in the Erasmus+ project "QAVAD - Quality of life of the elderly at home".
