In order to recognise and make visible those initiatives that advance towards the continuous improvement of the quality of life of people who require support, the Pilares Foundation for Personal Autonomy announces the biennial Pilares Foundation Awards for Best Practices related to the AICP Model.

In this fifth edition of the awards, the Fundación Pilares para la Autonomía Personal will recognise the best Good Practices related to the Integrated and Person-Centred Care Model (AICP) that has been developed and implemented, with the aim of recognising and highlighting the innovation and progress of all those initiatives related to ageing, disability or dependency.

To this end, the conference will be divided into two main sessions: In the morning, the Conversations on the transformation of the Long-term Care Model in the AICP Framework will take place, followed in the afternoon by the Award Ceremony of these V Awards to the best Good Practices related to the AICP Model, chaired by the Secretary of State for Social Rights.
