15th National and International Congress and 3rd Ibero-American Congress on Social Work

This conference, organised by the General Council of Social Work, provides a forum for discussion, reflection and updating on current trends and challenges, such as the rise of artificial intelligence, the impact of climate change on vulnerable communities, the crisis in welfare systems, the need to address the breadth of social diversity, and the increasingly pressing role of social work in mitigating economic and social inequality.

Our colleague Marta Moreno Fernández, a researcher at Matia Institute, will be speaking on Saturday from 12.30pm to 2.00pm at the panel: “New Approaches and Intervention in Care” with a presentation entitled: “Local Care Ecosystems. The community as a key agent”.
