She holds a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Santiago de Compostela and is a specialist in Hospital Pharmacy from the Navarra Hospital Complex. She also has training in healthcare management as a University Expert in Clinical Management from the UNED, and is certified in Antimicrobial Stewardship by the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP).
Since 2022, she has been part of the Pharmacy Service at Matia Hospital as an assistant pharmacist, carrying out tasks focused on treatment adjustment, therapeutic reconciliation and individualised dispensing, both in the Psychogeriatric Unit at Matia Hospital and in the nursing homes managed by Matia Fundazioa. She currently leads the Antimicrobial Stewardship Programme (PROA) at the institution. Throughout her career, she has collaborated on various research projects funded by the Spanish Society of Hospital Pharmacy.
