Evento de presentación de SEE ME ("Mírame"), un proyecto Erasmus + KA2 en el que se ha desarrollado un kit de herramientas formativas cuyo objetivo es contribuir a la mejora del cuidado y la inclusión social de las personas mayores atendiendo a sus necesidades sociales y de significado, sus talentos y sueños.

Esta herramienta ha sido co-diseñada en un proceso iterativo con personas cuidadoras, voluntarias y con las organizaciones que conforman el consorcio del proyecto.
