With the aim of bringing the administration closer to the citizens and in order to establish a transparent and collaborative dialogue that encourages us to achieve a model of Good Governance, the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa is organising this meeting to debate and deliberate on the model of governance of public policies that affect the elderly: BIZIARO.

The aim of this participatory conference is threefold:

1. To bring the challenge of participation in the elderly closer to the citizens.
2. To raise awareness of the needs and demands of the elderly in the region.
3. To draw up a decalogue of recommendations addressed to the public administration, in order to make the demands of the elderly viable.
