New materials for intervention. Participation pathways

Teresa Martínez, expert in Person-Centred Care and María Francesca Cerdó, head of Residential Care at Matia, have presented materials that aim to systematise what has been learned over the years and facilitate advances in social participation and other aspects from a Person-Centred Care approach. These materials, which have been co-financed by the Department of Equality, Justice and Social Policies of the Basque Government, are the result of a collaborative project that aims to integrate the knowledge and experience provided by Matia's professionals with an expert vision.
