Zumaia’s care ecosystem

The project aims to foster engagement, participation and reflection with the Zumaia Care Working Group regarding the town’s needs for the establishment of a centre offering care-related services.

Over the course of six sessions, the working group will analyse data on the range of social services available and the services most and least used in the municipality; draw up a map of key stakeholders, services and individuals involved in care provision within the municipality; and examine various national and international experiences in the field of care, with the aim of broadening the scope of possibilities.

All of this culminated in an analysis of the various services and/or needs that the municipality needs to provide or expand in order to continue working towards improving the wellbeing of its residents.
