Involvement of the person in their care - Participatory review sheet

A set of worksheets that allow, around descriptors of good practice, self-assessment in a process of joint reflection in a team. They are useful for raising awareness and identifying strengths and areas for improvement around the key components of the person's participation in their care.

They promote, as they are used, training in the key elements of good practice and sharing of meaning in teams. Their use identifies areas to focus on if we want to move forward. In this sense, they are also useful for planning.
