Action plan. Guide for implementation in municipalities

The Euskadi Langunkoia Network works to make neighborhoods and municipalities in the Basque Country more comfortable and safer for older people. It also works to enable these people to participate in society, alongside the rest of the population. All of this is called friendliness. To help develop friendliness projects in the municipalities of the Euskadi Lagunkoia Network, a series of guides have been published with useful tips, keys, and tools.

This guide explains what actions need to be taken to implement the Friendliness Plan in a municipality. For example, it explains what working groups need to be created, how decisions will be made and what information needs to be collected in order to carry out a proper assessment.
