Organizing Group: A Guide to Implementation in Municipalities

To support the development of the age-friendly initiative in the municipalities that are part of the Euskadi Lagunkoia Network, a series of guides has been created, offering advice, key points, and useful tools.
This guide provides the key steps for forming a Promotional Group dedicated to making your municipality age-friendly. It explains the group’s role in the project, its characteristics, and offers recommendations to facilitate its work.
This guide has been compiled using information gathered since the project’s inception in 2012, as well as the experiences and lessons learned over the years in the Network’s municipalities.
