This is an action-research project based on participatory methodologies, through which it is intended to help each person living in an IASS residence to develop a quality life, a chosen life, without leaving the community to which they belong and with the support and care they need.

Master's Degree in Organisational Governance and Culture at the University of Navarra (2023) and Master's Degree in Strategic Communication in Organisations at the University of Piura (2023). Diploma in Bases of Humanistic Psychology, Project Management and Theology. Economist with experience in management and administration of organisational culture projects, transformation and team leadership with a humanistic vision.
From his work experience, he seeks to generate positive change in society by accompanying organisations and companies in the formulation and implementation of their purpose and an organisational culture based on values.
She currently works at Matia Instituto as a researcher in several projects that advance in the change of the care model, offering her experience and knowledge in issues related to leadership and cultural transformation.
