Javier Sancho

Graduate in Psychology and Educational Psychology (UPV, 1998 and 2000), with more than 20 years of experience developing and expanding knowledge in the field of social services, both in the context of caring for vulnerable children and adolescents, caring for people in situations of social exclusion and homelessness, and, more recently, in long-term care.
Experience in the design, planning and management of residential and community care programmes and services for social inclusion, as coordinator and technical director at Emaús Fundación Social. He has also participated in technical assistance, consulting and training projects with different public administrations and private entities in the areas of evaluation and diagnosis processes, notably providing technical support in the implementation of the Provincial Service for the Assessment of Exclusion in Gipuzkoa; planning and support processes from a personalised and bioethical approach; and the design of innovative social services.
He is currently part of the improvement and learning team at Matia Fundazioa, supporting improvement processes for different teams of professionals within the organisation and assisting public administrations in promoting and developing a culture and systems of evaluation and quality focused on people.
