He has a proven track record at Matia in the field of organizational transformation and the improvement of care models in the social and healthcare sector.

Throughout his career at the organization, he has held strategic positions related to ensuring and developing the care model. He was Head of Quality, leading continuous improvement, evaluation, and systematization processes aimed at ensuring consistency between the organizational purpose and care practice. He later assumed responsibility for the Residential Care Process, promoting the implementation and consolidation of a person-centered approach in residential settings.

She has also been a key figure in the development of the guiding framework for the “Como en Casa” (At Home) project, contributing to the definition of its conceptual and operational foundations, as well as its translation into concrete practices in the centers.

She is currently Head of Improvement and Learning at Matia Institute, where she leads strategic initiatives aimed at generating applied knowledge and organizational transformation. Her responsibilities include:

  • SAPU (User Care Service)
  • Matia Eskola, as a space for training and transfer
  • Satisfaction and well-being studies, as tools for evaluation and evidence-based decision-making

Her profile combines strategic vision, technical knowledge of the care model, and the ability to translate conceptual frameworks into concrete practices.
